Sheldon & Partners Limited is an independent valuation and consultancy firm which was established by the late Marcus Sheldon in 1974. We are one of the largest valuation firms in the Auckland region providing property valuations for individuals through to large financial institutions and the like.

Sheldon’s Valuers, who include some of the most senior and well recognised members of the profession, are committed to providing a high quality professional valuation service and are able to provide superior market intelligence based on up to date local knowledge, combined with strong national information sources. We offer a service which is timely, accurate and competitively priced.

Due to the size of Sheldons, our valuers can specialise in their own geographic area within the region, thus having specialist knowledge and understanding of local issues and property matters. We also have extensive experience and in-depth knowledge in a range of niche markets.

The staff of Sheldons comprise principally registered valuers all of whom are members of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and the Property Institute of New Zealand. All of our valuers are required to continually update their skills through Continuing Professional Development courses, with a minimum of 20 hours per year.
